Joining the club was an opportunity for Tino and led him to work on his talents and pursue his dream of playing football. Indeed, the academy worked as a platform by which Tino could display his outstanding performance to Chelsea scouts.

After watching Tino playing, the club met with his parents and invited their son for trials. Following his successful playing, which led him to pass the test, Tino joined Chelsea FC Academy as an Under-9 player.

On his first day at the academy, the little boy felt moments full of pride because playing for the biggest football academy in London was a kind of fulfillment of his childhood dream.
