iPhone 13: Release Date, Price, Specs and Leaks

What will the new iPhone 13 be like when it lands later in 2021?
Iphone 13 Release Date
If the iPhone 13 release date follows Apple's pattern for previous launches, we could see this device hit shelves on the fourth Friday of September 2021. That would be September 24, according to Tom'sGuide.
Despite the coronavirus-related delays that faced the iPhone 12, pushing its launch to October 13, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claims that the iPhone 13 should return to a normal release schedule in 2021.
This was given further credence by a more recent analyst note from Daniel Ives at Wedbush, who said that the iPhone 13 is on track for a September launch and Apple expects to build 25% more iPhone 13 units than the iPhone 12.
We'll get our first hint of the iPhone 13 features this June when Apple shows off iOS 15 at its Worldwide Developer Conference. WWDC 2021 kicks off June 7, Apple says.
Iphone 13 Price
Apple may give users different choices over storage options. Currently, there are three options in the non-pro lineup at 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. The 128GB option is $50 more expensive than the 64GB option, and the 256GB option is $100 more expensive than that.
Apple could push the baseline to 128GB and offer 256GB and 512GB options above that. The pro models may get 1TB options for even more money — likely a $200 premium.
The iPhone 12 starts at $799 so the "iPhone 13" will take its place.

Iphone 13 Specs and Leaks
Thanks to a variety of new iPhone leaks and rumors, we're beginning to get a clear picture of what to expect from the main handset as well as the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Last year's iPhone 12 family brought 5G connectivity, a refreshed design and a new powerful chipset to the mix. What should you expect on the iPhone 13?
We’ve heard from all different types of sources not to expect any game changing upgrades, as rumors point to the company focusing on refining the design, improving the internals, and perhaps even bringing in more powerful cameras that take sharper photos and better night shots.
The company focused on three models until 2020, when it introduced the mini model as the fourth handset in the iPhone 12 family. Most rumors suggest that'll continue in 2021. If any model gets dropped it would probably be the mini, as the iPhone 12 mini reportedly hasn't sold well, but rumors suggest Apple will still make an iPhone 13 mini (though perhaps in place of an iPhone SE 3).
We're expecting similar designs to the iPhone 12 family, and the screen technology is likely to be similar as well because the company made big upgrades to that element of the iPhone 12.
A recent rumor suggests that Apple will manage to trim down the camera bump this year, as well as introduce a matte black option for the Pro models of the phone, reworked from the current graphite.
One thing rumored for the iPhone 12 that didn't come to fruition was the addition of a high refresh rate display.
Rumors suggest that may be introduced on the iPhone 13, and that'll make the display look smoother when playing games or scrolling through your social media feed.
Most important development on the iPhone 13 models from my perspective will be ProMotion with variable refresh rates through LTPO adoption on the Pro models.October 2, 2020
