The Boss Baby: Family Business will be available to watch in theaters and via the Peacock streaming service from July 2nd in the US. Meanwhile, outside of the US, The Boss Baby 2 isn’t being released in many countries until later in the year. Here in the UK for example, Family Business is currently expected to arrive on October 22nd.

Unless you want to go to a theater, and you have one open near you, the only place to watch Boss Baby 2: Family Business in the US is Peacock — where it's streaming now. It will be there for 60 days, expiring around August 31, 2021.

A free Peacock subscription is available BUT to watch The Boss Baby: Family Business, you’ll need the Premium membership which is priced at $4.99 per month ($9.99 per month for Premium Plus to watch without ads) and there is no free trial available.

The only difference between the two plans is Peacock Premium has commercial interruptions whereas Peacock Premium Plus does not. Both plans are also available with annual payment options. Peacock Premium costs $50 a year, while Peacock Premium Plus costs $100 a year. Xfinity cable and internet subscribers can get Peacock Premium for free with their subscriptions.

After releasing on July 2nd, The Boss Baby 2 will be available on Peacock for 60 days.

Launched in July 2020, the Peacock streaming service comes courtesy of NBCUniversal and is named after NBC’s logo. As of May 2021, the service has 10 million premium subscribers and 42 millions standard subscribers.

‘The Boss Baby: Family Business’ picks up years after the first film. Former Boss Baby, Ted Templeton, and his older brother, Tim, have lost touch over the years. Tim is married and has two daughters, the 7-year-old super-intelligent Tabitha and her younger sister, the adorable infant Tina. Tabitha is one of the top students at the Acorn Center for Advanced Childhood and wishes to follow in her Uncle Ted’s footsteps.

However, an evil genius and founder of Acorn Center, Dr. Erwin Armstrong, has nefarious plans brimming behind the facade of running a top-class educational institute. Tina, an undercover agent of the BabyCorp, is on a mission to uncover the true face of Dr. Armstrong. Her efforts end up reuniting the distanced brothers. Using a super-secret serum, the brothers are transformed back to their childhood selves. This sets them off on an epic adventure that helps Ted and Tim rediscover the meaning of family.

'The Boss Baby: Family Business' Cast

For the returning cast in Boss Baby 2, we've got Alec Baldwin back as the titular Boss Baby, Theodore Lindsey "Ted" Templeton Jr., who gained the ability to speak from the Secret Baby Formula.

Jimmy Kimmel and Lisa Kudrow also return, respectively, as Ted Templeton Sr. and Janice Templeton, the parents of the Boss Baby.

The rest of the cast, including James Marsden as Tim Templeton, taking over for Miles Bakshi and Tobey Maguire, who voiced that role in The Boss Baby.
