Real Madrid is ready to conquer “El Sextete”

Real Madrid has done the unthinkable to win the Champions League three times in a row. However, Los Blancos is still owed a debt to history. That is equal to the achievement of winning the "6 titles" (El Sextete) that Barca did in the debut season of coach Pep Guardiola.

That is not an easy task. Although coach Massimiliano Allegri once admitted "Real Madrid is the strongest team in Europe" after Juventus lost to Los Blancos 0-2 in a friendly match in Pasadena, next season's challenge is huge. It will come in La Liga, where Barca is changing day by day. And also Europe, where both Man City, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and PSG are showing a strong new look.

However, Real Madrid did not stand still. The Bernabeu team has just undergone an effective pre-season tour in the US. The Madridians have enjoyed economic success, as their three friendlies against Barca, America and Juventus attracted 195,631 spectators. In addition, these three matches also help coach Carlo Ancelotti dispel worries.

Because Real Madrid's players have stepped out of the "summer break" to really get into the game, and even regain the fighting spirit like when they won the 14th Champions League/Champions League title last season. Despite the rather heavy curriculum of fitness coach Antonio Pintus with two training sessions per day, the team also only had one injury case of Dani Carvajal. In addition, two rookies Antonio Ruediger and Aurelien Tchouameni also initially found harmony with their new teammates.

Coach Ancelotti also designed for the students to quickly find the rhythm of the game through each match. In particular, the El Clasico match against Barca in the US has the effect of "waking up", and the result is not too important. The friendly match with America marked the return of Karim Benzema. And the rubbing against Juventus was considered a real match.

That is why in Pasadena, coach Ancelotti has launched a squad with 11 names who are also the main players in the Champions League final against Liverpool two months earlier. But winning the friendly match against the Italian team is not the final goal of Carletto. Because throughout the tour in the US, he also constantly gave experiments.

The appearance of rookie Rudiger at left-back in the Classic match against Barca is an example. In the midfield, the "Bermuda triangle" including Toni Kroos, Casemiro and Luka Modric is no longer the only option. Because when needed, Real Madrid can switch to using a trio of powerful midfielders, Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde.

Real Madrid's gameplay has also become much more transformed and now, they are ready to conquer the goal of "El Sextete". Starting with the European Super Cup match against Frankfurt on August 10. Then there is the campaign to defend the La Liga throne, the Champions League, conquer the King's Cup, and then capture the remaining two titles, the Spanish Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup. Although the final tournament is not known when it will be held, because FIFA is looking to change the format and increase the number of participating teams.
