Radio host Polly Harding, sometimes known as PJ Harding, is from New Zealand.
2009 saw Harding enrolling at Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology's (now Ara Institute of Canterbury) New Zealand Broadcasting School. After graduating, she started working for radio station ZM in Auckland and was soon promoted to co-host alongside Matt Ward. Harding and Jason Hawkins started co-hosting the station's drive show in 2015.
Harding and Hawkins relocated to Melbourne, Australia in 2018 to co-host the Jase & PJ breakfast program on KIIS 101.1 FM. She said in March 2021 that she was quitting the program and going back to her native New Zealand.

As co-host of Seven Sharp alongside Jeremy Wells, Hilary Ann Barry (née Pankhurst; born 4 December 1969) is a New Zealand journalist and television personality. She spent many years reading the news for TV3 and, until 2016, co-hosted the 6 o'clock Newshub show with Mike McRoberts. She has read the news since the show's debut on the Paul Henry morning TV program. In April 2016, Barry resigned from these positions. She has been New Zealand's oldest active TV presenter since 2018.
She received the award for Favorite New Zealand Female Personality at the 2006 Qantas Television Awards.
The 2011 Aotearoa Film and Television Awards presented Barry with the Best News or Current Affair Presenter honor. In December 2011, she presided over The Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park. Barry got the Best on The Box honor for Best Presenter from TV Guide in March 2012. Barry won the Radio Award for Best Newsreader in May 2012. A New Zealand singer and songwriter born on December 15, 1983, Brooke Gabrielle Fraser Ligertwood, better known by her stage as Brooke Fraser, is best known for her 2010 hit track "Something in the Water." Before securing a recording deal with Wood & Bone, Fraser had two studio albums released on Columbia Records: What to Do with Daylight (2003) and Albertine (2006). Flags, her third studio album, became her most commercially successful record to date when it was released in 2010. Her most recent album, Brutal Romantic, was made available through Vagrant Records in November 2014. Her records were given the 15 Platinum certification, making her one among the best-selling and most well-known New Zealand recording artists of all time. Fraser is a part of the Hillsong United, a band that performs Christian music.
Fraser has had success in her work for many years. Throughout that time, she has raised a lot of money for charity by highlighting numerous deserving causes and projects. Fraser launched a birthday campaign with charity: water in late 2010 while touring the United States in support of her third album Flags. She asked her fans to give $27 in celebration of her 27th birthday. To fund the construction of potable water wells in Ethiopia, a goal of $50,000 was set.
She was one of many New Zealand performers that collaborated with the well-known New Zealand comedy group Flight of the Conchords on their charity song "Feel Inside (and stuff like that)" for New Zealand Red Nose Day in 2012.

Lorde (/lrd/ LORD), whose real name is Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor and who was born on November 7, 1996, is a New Zealand singer-songwriter. She was inspired by aristocrats for her stage name, and she is well-known for her use of unusual musical genres and reflective lyricism. Lorde's music is largely electropop with touches of dream pop and indie-electro subgenres.
Lorde first shown an interest in playing at local places when she was a young adolescent. She was born in the Auckland neighborhood of Takapuna and raised in neighboring Devonport. She joined Universal Music Group (UMG) in 2009, and in 2011, she began working with producer Joel Little to begin recording music. The pair's first joint effort, an extended play (EP) titled The Love Club, was first professionally released through UMG in 2013. Toni Street is a New Zealand television host and sports analyst who was born on September 8, 1983. She is most recognized for her work as Mike Hosking's co-host of the New Zealand current affairs program Seven Sharp. She has also presented morning shows and covered sports for One News.
Street first worked for Television New Zealand (TVNZ) in 2006 as an intern for six months. For TVNZ's coverage of the ANZ Championship and international netball, she served as the host. After the 2007 National Bank Cup of netball was over, Lavina Good and Brendan Telfer of TVNZ stepped down as the organization's leaders. She took over for them.
Street was chosen to co-present Saturday Breakfast, a weekend version of Breakfast, with Rawdon Christie in September 2011 and later with Tamati Coffey. She served as the weekday Breakfast's backup presenter as well. Street went on maternity leave in September 2012, and for the next two months—until the show was canceled—finance presenter Nadine Chalmers-Ross filled in.
Together with her former Saturday Breakfast co-host Rawdon Christie, Street took over Petra Bagust's role as a permanent co-host of the weekday breakfast in 2013.

As a proponent of natural, unprocessed foods and a self-described "Nude Cook," Lim is renowned for developing wholesome meals by putting a health emphasis on real food, which is informed by her training as a clinical dietitian.
Julie Lim, Lim's mother, and her Malaysian Chinese father welcomed her into the world in Auckland, New Zealand in 1985. Lim is of New Zealand and Chinese-Malaysian ancestry (Ken Lim). She relocated to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, when she was six years old, where she remained until 1998. She has since said that being up in two very different cultures has influenced the way she combines Asian and European cuisines in her cooking.
Nadia's Kitchen, Lim's debut cookbook, was published by Random House in 2012 and focuses on healthful unique dishes.

Gemma McCaw (née Flynn, born 2 May 1990) is a New Zealand field hockey player who has represented her country in three Summer Olympics (2008, 2012, and 2016).
As Gemma Flynn, she has competed for the New Zealand women's national field hockey team (the Black Sticks Women) since 2008, including for the team at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics, 2016 Summer Olympics and at the 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games. In 2009 she was nominated for the FIH Women's Young Player of the Year. At both the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, her team lost the bronze medal game and thus came fourth. She was part of the team which made it to the final game of the FIH World League in 2015, but the team lost 5–1 against Argentina.
Following the 2016 Summer Olympics, she took an extended break from hockey and later decided to retire. She came out of retirement in November 2019. In February 2020, she reached her 250th cap for the national team.

4. Samantha Hayes

Hayes was born to a South African mother and a New Zealander father in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. At the age of six months, the family moved to Milton in Otago, New Zealand. She has both a brother and a sister. She attended Tokomairiro High School for her studies. She attended the University of Otago and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2007 from Victoria University of Wellington in media and international relations.
At the age of 17, Hayes started working for TV3, gathering experience. She started out as a journalist before transitioning to newsreader. She has contributed to the shows Newshub Late, 3rd Degree, 3D (which later evolved into 3D Investigates), Newsworthy, Nightline, and Firstline. She presently co-anchors Newshub Live at 6 p.m. with Mike McRoberts. After Hilary Barry's departure on May 30, 2016, she started in this position.
With her professional partner Aaron Gilmore, Hayes won the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars in New Zealand in July 2018.
3. Gin Wigmore

Virginia "Gin" Wigmore is a New Zealand singer-songwriter who was raised primarily in Auckland, where she was born. But when she was 16 years old, her father passed away in Argentina from cancer. She expressed the sadness of losing her father in song upon her return to New Zealand. One of those early compositions, "Hallelujah," was chosen as the winner of the US-based International Songwriting Competition in 2004. She defeated 11,000 aspiring songwriters from 77 different nations to become the competition's youngest and only unsigned Grand Prize winner in its history. The One Tree Hill season 6 finale included "Hallelujah" as well.
Extended Play was the debut EP from Wigmore. The songs "Hallelujah," "These Roses," "SOS," "Under My Skin," and "Easy Come Easy Go" were all produced by Tony Buchen (Blue King Brown, The Whitlams, Macromantics, Kid Confucius). Kimberley Crossman was born in Auckland, New Zealand. Crossman started dancing at the age of 3 and started auditioning while she was in high school. She quickly landed a series regular role on a New Zealand soap opera, Shortland Street. Kimberley Crossman now lives and works in Los Angeles focusing predominately on comedy and studies at The Groundlings.
Crossman was a presenter on The Erin Simpson Show, beginning in 2009. The Erin Simpson Show concluded in 2013 after a five-year run.
In 2010 Crossman travelled to Los Angeles to host a half-hour special for New Zealand audiences about the 2010 Teen Choice Awards.
