The teams for Group 1 have been chosen, and they are Man City (the Champions League champions of the English Premier League), Sevilla (the European League), Barca (La Liga), Bayern Munich (the German Bundesliga), PSG (Ligue 1), Napoli (Serie A), Feyenoord (the Dutch league), and Benfica (the Portuguese league). The final spot belongs to the Dutch champion Feyenoord because Man City won both the Premier League and the Champions League.

The remaining clubs will be divided into groups according to their "club coefficient" rankings, which take into account each team's performance over the previous five European seasons. The remaining 7 teams in group 2 are Real Madrid, MU, Inter, Dortmund, Atletico Madrid, RB Leipzig, and Porto in addition to Arsenal.

Shakhtar Donetsk, Salzburg, AC Milan, Lazio, and Red Star Belgrade have just been added to group 3, while Newcastle, Celtic, Union Berlin, and Lens make up group 4.

Real Sociedad is the only club that hasn't decided which group it will play in among the teams that will undoubtedly make the Champions League group stage next season. Depending on the outcomes of the qualifying games and play-offs, La Liga representatives may be in groups 3 or 4. Sociedad currently has a score of 33,000. Celtic, which has a 31,000 score, is also in the same predicament.

UEFA will draw the Champions League group on August 31 after determining the 32 clubs. The criteria for grouping clubs and the Football Federation separately remains the basis for the drawing rules. On June 1, 2024, the Champions League championship game will be held at Wembley in London.
