He was a mature being his age since his childhood and captained every team he played at during his time at La Masia. One of his closest friends during his early years as a footballer was, Ansu Fati. The two had a great relationship on and off the field until they parted ways in 2017. Garcia Joined Manchester City's youth academy in 2017. He played 25 games for Manchester City U18 and scored 5 goals during the 2017-18 season. He also played 2 games for the U19 team and 5 games for the U23 team.
