TV channels hold broadcast rights for Premier League matches in UK
Matches in the United Kingdom are broadcast live on television by Sky Sports, BT Sport and Amazon Prime Video for 2020/21. BBC SPORT is the Premier League’s free-to-air highlights broadcast partner in the United Kingdom.
On 13 May 2021, it was announced that Premier League clubs had unanimously agreed a proposal to conclude a three-year renewal of these UK live and non-live broadcast agreements with Sky Sports, BT Sport, Amazon Prime Video and BBC Sport for the next broadcast cycle, from seasons 2022/2023 to 2024/2025.
The deal with Sky Sports, BT Sport, Amazon Prime and the BBC, which would extend the current rights arrangements for another three years, is subject to parliamentary approval May 28.
The English Premier League has agreed to roll over its existing 5 billion pound ($7 billion) rights deal with Comcast’s Sky, telecom giant BT and Amazon from 2022 to 2025.
Premier League clubs have also agreed £100m of additional funding for National League, women's football, League One and League Two clubs and grassroots game.
Sky Sports welcomed the opportunity to continue its long-term partnership with the Premier League.
England’s top-tier clubs agreed with the U.K. government to boost a so-called solidarity payment to lower leagues by 100 million pounds to 140 million pounds ($197 million) as part of the deal.

Audio broadcast rights in the UK are held by BBC Radio 5 Live and talkSPORT for 2019/20-21/22.
talkSPORT is the licensee of an exclusive package of international audio broadcasting rights.
