Ukainian Women in Army
Ukraine’s ‘new army’ is now also recruiting a large number of women. Women already have a large participation in the Ukrainian military. Housewives and working women of 20 to 60 years are now joining more than 57.000 women soldiers, CNN reported.
Ukraine has been employing women in its military since 1993. The participation of women in the army is 15 percent. A total of 1100 women are posted as military officers. There are more than 13000 women present in the battlefield. Currently, Ukrainian women soldiers are taking on Russian-backed rebels in the restive eastern part of the country.

There is a separate battalion for elderly women in Ukraine named ‘Babushkha Battalion’. This battalion serves to exchange military supplies, medical aid and intelligence in times of war.

Women now make up almost 10% of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, serve alongside men in combat positions, and are ensured “equal rights” with their male counterparts under a 2018 law. Since 2019, they have been able to study in military colleges to achieve higher ranks.
Ukraine’s army granted women the right to fight in combat positions in 2016. Before that, they could work as nurses, secretaries, seamstresses, and cooks, although in reality they often undertook responsibilities reserved for men without getting the relevant benefits.

Most Beautiful Young Girls in the Ukrainian Army
There are many beautiful young girls in the Ukrainian army.
The war between Russia and Ukraine has caused many female soldiers to sacrifice in battle and their charming beauty is causing many people to move and love.
Miss Ukraine, Anastasiia Lenna also joins the fight to defend her country: Miss Ukraine 2015, Anastasiia Lenna, who recently posted an image of her posing with an assault rifle right before joining the Ukrainian armed forces to fight the Russians off. She is just one of thousands of women who are part of the Ukrainian military forces.
Although it's unknown if Anastasiia is part of this military force, she has been posting pictures of shooting drills for years on her personal Instagram account. Meaning she at least knows how to use one of those assault rifles.
Anastasiia Lenna is also staying very active on her social media by sharing stories supporting her country.

Critics immediately jump against the pictures she is posting with the assault rifle but they don't realize she might in fact be part of the female military force in Ukraine. Whether she is fighting or not, it's important to note the presence of women from Ukraine in this conflict. It's not just the men who are doing everything in their power to fight, women are also a huge piece of this defense of the democratic country of Ukraine.
