This comedy-adventure follows Marnie and her younger siblings as they visit their grandmother Halloweentown, where witches, goblins, vampires, and other supernatural creatures live relatively normal lives, along with their estranged grandmother, a good witch (Debbie Reynolds).
Marnie discovers that she is a witch and that her family is a witch on her 13th birthday. Additionally, she learns that a villainous force is attempting to seize control of Halloweentown, and she must work with her mother and grandmother to stop the plot.

In the enchanting follow-up to the Halloween favorite, Kimberly J. Brown returns as Marnie. Marnie and Sophie are taken to Halloweentown by grandmother Aggie to look into a string of bizarre events.
They learn that a furious warlock has stolen the book and intends to permanently transform every person into the Halloween costume they are wearing at midnight. Marnie must use her skills in a race against time to stop the young warlock from forever altering Halloweentown.

To the dismay of some in Halloweentown, the portal has now been opened, so Marnie organizes a sort of exchange program by inviting a group of Halloweentown students to attend her human high school.
She unintentionally stakes the Cromwell magic that the students won't be harmed, and when odd things start happening, Marnie and her family need to figure out what's going on and defend the students from the fabled Knights of the Iron Dagger while simultaneously preserving their own powers.
