Celebrity MasterChef 2021: Line-up of Famous Cast

The Celebrity MasterChef 2021 line-up has been revealed, with a Happy Mondays star and Strictly Come Dancing pro among the stars taking part.
Twenty famous faces will take part in the celebrity version of the BBC One cooking competition, with judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace back to cast their eye over dishes.
Happy Mondays star Bez, Strictly's Johannes Radebe and actress Su Pollardare among the celebrities who will take part in the upcoming series, it has been announced.

They'll be joined by actor turned presenter Joe Swash, Blue singer Duncan James, Britain’s Got Talent finalist and comedian Nabil Abdulrashid and The Great British Sewing Bee judge Patrick Grant, reported Manchester Evening News.
This year's crop of celebrities also includes comedian Munya Chawawa, Melanie Sykes, former EastEnders actress Rita Simons, singer and reality TV star Megan McKenna and Penny Lancaster.
The Repair Shop's Will Kirk is also among the contestants, along with TV star Katie Price, ex-England footballer Dion Dublin and journalist, author Gavin Esler, Paralympic champion Kadeena Cox, Love Island star Kem Cetinay and actresses Melissa Johns and Michelle Collins.
The Celebrity MasterChef series will be shown over six weeks, with celebrities tackling a new series of cookery challenges.
Renowned chefs will appear as guest judges, including Tom Kerridge, Nisha Katona, Nieves Barragan Mohacho and more.
The 20 celebrities who've signed up for Celebrity MasterChef 2021:
Duncan James: Duncan James, a member of the noughties boyband Blue will be hoping to impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace. Since leaving Blue, James has gone on to star in Hollyoaks as Ryan Knight, Express UK cites.
Su Pollard: National treasure and actor Su Pollard will also be paying the MasterChef Kitchen a visit. Pollard is an English actress, singer, author and songwriter. She is best known for her role in the BAFTA-winning sitcom Hi-de-Hi!
Nabil Abdul Rashid: Award-winning comedian Nabil Abdul Rashid is joining James and Pollard in MasterChef 2021. Viewers may also recognise Abdulrashid as a finalist in Britian's Got Talent 2020.
Munya Chawawa: Comedian and digital creator Munya Chawaya will be serving up a storm for Wallace and Torode.
Rita Simons: MasterChef Fans will most likely recognise Rita Simons from her role as Roxy Mitchell in EastEnders.
Megan McKenna: Former TOWIE star Megan McKenna is taking part in Celebrity MasterChef 2021. McKenna most recently took part in X-Factor: Celebrity 2019, winning the overall competition. Viewers may also recognise her from Ex on the Beach and Celebrity Big Brother.
Penny Lancaster: Model and TV personality Penny Lancaster is one of the 20 faces taking part in Celebrity MasterChef 2021. Lancaster is also well known as the wife of singer Rod Stewart and for hosting Loose Women.
Patrick Grant: MasterChef fans will most likely recognise fashion designer Patrick Grant as a judge on The Great British Sewing Bee.
Will Kirk: The Repair Shop's Will Kirk is hoping to impress judges Torode and Wallace on Celebrity MasterChef 2021
Katie Price: TV personality and model Katie Price is also taking a turn at cooking in Celebrity MasterChef.
Dion Dublin: Former England footballer Dion Dublin is taking part in Celebrity MasterChef 2021. MasterChef fans may also recognise Dublin from hosting Homes Under the Hammer.
Johannes Radebe; Strictly Come Dancing fans will be over the moon to see Johannes Radebe on Celebrity MasterChef 2021. Radebe is a professional dancer and choregrapher who was most recently partnered with Caroline Quentin on Strictly Come Dancing. Gregg Wallace glad he and John Torode no longer share a dressing room
Gavin Esler: Journalist, author and presenter Gavin Esler is taking part in Celebrity MasterChef 2021.
Kadeena Cox: Double-gold Paralympian Kadeena Cox will star in Celebrity MasterChef 2021. Cox competed in both athletics and cycling at the 2016 Summer Paralympics, winning a bronze medal in the Women's 100m T38 sprint, before winning a gold medal in the Women's C4-5 cycling time trial and another gold in the T38 400m sprint.
Kem Cetinay: Love Island winner Kem Ceitnay will be swapping the beach for the kitchen in Celebrity MasterChef 2021.
Joe Swash: Actor and presenter Joe Swash joins the MasterChef 2021 line-up.
Melissa Johns: MasterChef fans will most likely recognise actor Melissa Johns as Hannah Taylor in LIFE on BBC one. She is also well known for her role as Imogen Pascoe in Coronation Street.
Michelle Collins: Soapstar Michelle Collins is taking part in Celebrity MasterChef 2021. Collins is best known for her role as Cindy Beale in EastEnders and Stella Price in Coronation Street. MasterChef fans may also recognise Collins from Fiona in The Dumping Ground and Lorna Rowle in Casualty.
Bez: Happy Mondays legend Bez is also starring in Celebrity MasterChef 2021.
Special guest judges making an appearance include top British chefs Nisha Katona, Mitch Tonks, Sabrina Gidda, Alex Rushmer, Calum Franklin, Max Halley and the Michelin-starred Nieves Barragan-Mohacho and Tom Kerridge.
When does Celebrity MasterChef 2021 start on BBC One?Celebrity MasterChef fan will have to wait a while longer for the confirmation of a release date, but it's set to air in the summer. Commissioning editor for the BBC Sarah Clay said: "Celebrity MasterChef is one the highlights of the British summertime schedule and this series is as entertaining and charming as ever. "The 20 brave celebrities are joined by a host of chefs at the top of their game in brand new tasks which makes this year feel extra special. The standard of cooking is like nothing we have seen before." Series editor Katie Attwood added: "This year’s line-up promises a huge amount of humour and entertainment. "Lockdown has proved productive for our famous faces’ culinary skills and we are set to see some exceptional talent and astonishing dishes as the celebrities swap their day jobs for a spot in the MasterChef kitchen."
