The 42, Kolkata is a residential skyscraper in Kolkata. Its height is 268 meters that makes it the largest building in the Kolkata. It consists of 61 floors, however, four more floors will be added after a change in the rule related to the construction within a kilometre of the Metro Railway corridor. However, it has 56 flats with a triplex on the top floors.
It is located in Chowringhee road in the central business district of the city between two high-rise buildings called Jeevan Sudha and Tata Centre. The developers involved in its construction are the Mani group, and Alcove Realty & Diamond Group.

A sky scrapper with 88 floors is located in Lower Parel of Mumbai; its height is 320 m. The luxury building was designed keeping sustainability and responsible consumption in mind from the onset of the project.
