Full List of Top 100 Most Reputable Companies In The World in 2022/2023

The primary motivation behind the establishment of most companies is profit. Even if you spend your entire career working at the highest level in a prestigious company, you will never have the wealth of someone who owns a truly successful enterprise. And for the great majority of people with regular jobs, they spend more than thirty percent of their working hours, five days a week, at a job they detest, for the lowest possible wage, assisting others in becoming even wealthier and more successful. But there's a good reason why most people settle for menial jobs instead of launching their own companies and becoming extremely successful. The first is the need for capital, which, depending on the type of business being established, can be fairly substantial. Second, launching a business carries a significant risk. It is true that all of your losses are also yours, even though whatever you make is yours after deducting any expenses. As a result, if you fail, you might not even know where your next meal is coming from unless you come from a wealthy family and have a trust fund.

The Global RepTrak 100 demonstrates how people perceive, feel, and behave toward businesses around the world. The RepTrak Company has honored global reputation leaders by ranking the top 100 most respectable businesses for more than ten years.

In 2022, RepTrak, a research firm that evaluates a corporation's reputation across seven key categories using a complex methodology, added more luxury brands to its ranking than in any previous year since the list's inception ten years prior. Burberry and Hermès were among the other newcomers, alongside Chanel and Prada.

LEGO Ranked Number 3, Apple ranks 65th on the Global RepTrak 100

According to the most recent Global RepTrak 100 rankings, LEGO is among the most respectable businesses worldwide. After Rolex and Ferrari, which ended a two-year run at the top, LEGO was ranked as the third most reputable company this year. Only two businesses, including this one, have remained in the top 10 over the previous ten years.

On the 2022 Global RepTrak 100 (GRT), a ranking and analysis of corporate reputation for the world's top businesses, Apple comes in at number 65. That is a decrease from the 2021 rankings' 46th position.

The study presents attitudes, behaviors, and feelings toward businesses around the world. Rolex, Ferrari, Lego, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Harley-Davidson, Bosch, PayPal, Netflix, and Intel are the top ten companies on the list.

The RepTrak CompanyTM has honored leaders in global reputation for more than ten years by ranking the 100 Most Reputable Companies. "Our reputation intelligence platform combines and analyzes millions of perception and sentiment data points from online surveys, mainstream media, social media, business data, and additional third party sources," according to RepTrak, "through a combination of machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and natural language processing (NLP)."

Chanel, Prada Among 100 Most ‘Reputable’ Companies

RepTrak conducted a survey of over 68,000 participants in 15 major economies worldwide to determine how a brand's product and services, innovation, citizenship, performance, governance, leadership, and workplace were perceived. The survey was used to rank the top 100 corporations. Regarding their "willingness to buy, recommend, or trust a company," respondents were questioned.

In order to be taken into consideration, the company needs to have yearly sales of at least $2 billion and be well-known to 20% of the respondents in each nation.

The only luxury brand to make it into the top 10 was the independent watch brand Rolex, which came in first place, up from third the previous year. Adidas, a major player in sportswear, qualified as well, moving up to seventh place from eighth in 2020. Conversely, Levi's saw a decline to 14 from six a year prior; RepTrak attributed this decline to higher brand scores overall. (Levi's 2021 score was 76.6 out of 100, a little less than his 76.8 from the previous year.)
