The movies that AMC-owned streaming service Acorn TV will be releasing in February have been revealed. Acorn TV's February 2024 lineup expands on the vast array of critically acclaimed dramas in both English and other languages, captivating comedies, documentaries, and other programming.

AMC Original series Monsieur Spade, Acorn TV Original series The Madame Blanc Mysteries Season 3, and Acorn TV exclusive series Murdoch Mysteries Season 17 are among the highlights.

New episodes of The Graham Norton Show for Season 31 as well as The Night Manager, Henry IX, Without Sin, Sunshine Kings, and Heat are also on the way.

Acorn TV in February 2024: Highlights

Monsieur Spade (AMC Original Series) – New Episodes of the Limited Series Continue on Sundays on AMC, AMC+, and Acorn TV Until the Finale on February 18

Monsieur Spade, starring and executive produced by Golden Globe, SAG, and BAFTA Award winner Clive Owen (Closer, Children of Men, The Knick), is centered around the notorious protagonist of American writer Dashiell Hammett's classic novel The Maltese Falcon from 1930. Hammett wrote the novel herself.

In 1963, the renowned detective Sam Spade is kicking back in the South of France during his retirement. Living in Bozouls, Spade leads a quiet and serene life in contrast to his days as a private investigator in San Francisco.

But everything will change when his old enemy, it is said, returns. At the nearby convent, six cherished nuns have been brutally murdered.

New leads are established and secrets come to light while the town grieves. Spade discovers that the killings are linked in some way to an enigmatic youngster who is thought to have extraordinary abilities.

In the stunning French village of Sainte Victoire, Sally Lindsay (Cold Call, Mount Pleasant) makes a comeback as famous antiquities dealer Jean White. Her knowledge of antiquities proves to be crucial in unraveling a string of mysteries and murders.

Following the death of a marine biologist who had discovered a rare gold coin, Caron enlists Jean's (Sally Lindsay, Mount Pleasant, Cold Call) assistance. Who would murder him, and is there still treasure hidden beneath the waves?

Murdoch Mysteries Season 17 (Acorn TV Exclusive Series) – Two-Episode Season Premiere Monday, February 26

In order to escape and return to their lives in Toronto, William Murdoch and Julia Ogden must race to uncover the true motivations of their enigmatic captors at the start of the new season.

An urgent mission from Crabtree's past will upend Constable Crabtree and Effie's domestic bliss, and Station House #4 will be tense as Brackenreid's position in the constabulary is still up for debate.

While Violet Hart is enjoying her new romance with Isaiah Buchanan, Llewellyn Watts returns to his work as a detective, determined to live his truth and find happiness on his own terms. However, both Violet's fortune and the future of the Star Bright Club are in jeopardy when Violet is brought before the family of her deceased husband.

In the newest season of this beloved police procedural, starring Audrey Fleurot (Spiral, The Bonfire of Destiny) and Mehdi Nebbou (The Bureau, Homeland), the perpetually incompatible pair sets out to solve a new case and apprehend a different cunning criminal in each episode. Morgane and Karadec will need to use their individual talents and collaborate closely in order to bring the murderers to justice for a variety of cases, including a murder from the 1970s in which the only witness is now suffering from Alzheimer's disease, a botched farmyard theft, a judge discovered dead in her chambers, and the disappearance of a cosmetics entrepreneur.

The Night Manager – Binge

"The Night Manager," a crime drama based on the same-titled novel by John le Carré, follows the career of former British soldier Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston, The Avengers, Thor, Wallander). Pine, the night porter at the hotel, receives a call from an intelligence agent requesting his help in spying on global businessman Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie, House, All the Light We Cannot See).

Surveillance was deemed necessary because the entrepreneur is thought to have established a criminal alliance between the intelligence community and the covert arms trade. Pine hides his mission from his hotel coworkers and girlfriend in an effort to enter Roper's inner circle by turning into a felon himself.

Henry IX, written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais, features a classic story of a forty-something man suffering a mid-life crisis and looking to escape from his current situation – the twist being that this forty-something man also happens to be the King of England (or more accurately Great Britain and the Commonwealth).

Set in the entirely fictional but contemporary court of King Henry IX, the series sees Henry (Charles Edwards, Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power, The Crown, Under the Vines) struggle to make changes to his life in the face of centuries of tradition and a Royal household who are fairly sure they have his – and if not, certainly have their own – best interests at heart.
