Raheem Sterling scored in the 75th minute as Harry Kane netted the second in the 86th as England avenged decades of hurt at the hands of Germany at Wembley.

Second-half goals from Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane were enough for England to beat Germany and secure their place in the quarter-finals of Euro 2020. Jack Grealish was brilliant after coming on, playing a part in both of the goals, while England's defenders were fantastic, the Thomas Muller chance aside.

England will face the winner of Sweden vs Ukraine in the last eight.
