WalletHub compared the 100 most populous U.S. cities for its report using 27 metrics, including the price of a three-course dinner for two, the number of restaurants per capita, the number of jewelry stores per capita, and the anticipated amount of precipitation on Valentine's Day.
WalletHub reports that Orlando and Miami tied for the most florists per capita in Florida. Meanwhile, Garland, Texas, was found to have the fewest florists per capita.
According to WalletHub, Greensboro, North Carolina, has the best Valentine's Day weather forecast, while Minneapolis has the worst.
