Barrett is a capable shooter with defensive potential who can contribute on the court. Barrett is similar to a left-handed Luol Deng with a higher ceiling.

Barrett will need to demonstrate that he is an All-Star caliber player in this league in order to move up the list. Barrett, who is 21 years old, has had to mature quickly. He can finish in the paint and score from outside, but because of the surrounding personnel, you never hear his name when it comes to finishing games.
