The New York State Lottery announced that one winning ticket from Friday's Mega Millions drawing was sold in California. But don't throw away your tickets yet.
There were seven "Big Money" winning tickets sold in New York State from Friday night's Mega Millions drawing. Each of these tickets matched four out of five numbers plus the Mega Ball, winning the third place prize of $10,000. One of those tickets also had the Megaplier, increasing the prize to $30,000.
Friday's winning Mega Millions numbers were: 3-7-37-49-55, with a Mega Ball of 06.
