6 Simple Tips to Make Your Lips Become Bigger!
Let’s be real, there’s nothing sexier than a plump pout. But just because we weren’t all blessed with a naturally voluptuous pout, doesn’t mean we can’t work our magic with makeup and a few quick DIYs to create the illusion of a fuller pout.

1.Prep your lips
The smoother, more hydrated your lips, the better your products will apply and look. It is recommended by hudabeauty.com that you should start by using exfoliating scrub and then follow with a hydrating lip balm.
One of our favourite hacks to exfoliate our lips is to use a toothbrush and sugar – all you need to do is wet the toothbrush slightly and dip it in sugar (we love coconut sugar), then brush your lips gently in circular motions. Wash off with warm water and follow with a hydrating lip balm.
2.Conceal
Before your lip colour, prime your lips with a concealer or foundation to create a base layer. This will give your lipstick a more even finish and will allow the true colour to show through, while also making it last longer. It’ll also act as a blank canvas if you want to overline your lips for added volume. You can even apply concealer around the edges of your lips after lipstick to neaten the lines and make your lips pop.
3.Work that cupid’s bow
It’s just a fancy name for the top dip in your lips, where each side meets in the middle forming an ‘M’ shape that resembles a cupid’s bow. Makes sense, right? If you don’t have a super-defined cupid’s bow, that’s not an issue—you can totally fake a selfie-worthy pout. All you have to do is grab a lip liner to draw an ‘X’ on your top lip. The top segments of the ‘X’ should sit perfectly within the peaks of the’ of your cupid’s bow, listed in lorealparisusa.com.
4.Contour your lips
Contouring is one of our all-time favourite makeup hacks, as you can easily manipulate the dimensions of any area of your body; so you could make your forehead look smaller, make your cheekbones pop, and of course, make your lips look bigger. By adding either a dusting of ashy coloured contour or a creme contour underneath the centre of your bottom lip and above the tops of your lips, you’ll create a subtle shadow – just make sure you blend, blend, blend!
5.Over-line and fill in your lips.
Using a lip liner, line your lips slightly outside of the outermost edges. Now, you don’t want to go too big—you still want your lips to look natural. No one should be left to wonder what has happened to your mouth. Once you line your lips, fill them in with your favourite lipstick for an opaque look. Typically, the darker your lips, the fuller they look. Try matching your lip liner to a shade of the L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Matte Lipstick, which is available in 16 gorgeous colours. For something on the darker side, try Doesn’t Matte-R. To use, fill in your lips using the pointed tip. |

6.Add some lip gloss
As a finishing touch, grab the Gloss in a deep shade to really pump up the shine of your pout. Be sure to dab the lip gloss in the centre of your lips to help accentuate the fullest part.
