If you’ve been watching along as Marvel’s WandaVision has progressed, you’ll know that this series started off as kind of odd, and has since developed into a hit-you-in-the-guts emotional rollercoaster.
Episode 9 – the series finale – was hit screens Friday, March 5. And for those looking for the next level of television that deals with grief and loss, we have the perfect shows for you after WandaVision ending.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe related
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Makimoff officially joins the MCU—alongside twin brother Pietro (Aaron Taylor-Johnson)—during a post-credits scene in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. But Age of Ultron is when we really learn about the twin's background. More important, you can see why Pietro's death is such a major source of Wanda's grief during the events of WandaVision.
Doctor Strange

It's been confirmed that more of Wanda's story will be told in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the sequel to the 2016 film starring Benedict Cumberbatch as the surgeon turned sorcerer. Might as well catch up on Strange's whole deal before the new movie premieres in 2022.
Spider-Man: Far From Home
The Westview Anomaly, as the events of WandaVision, have come to be known, occurs just a few weeks after half of the humanity returns from the Snap-in Avengers: Endgame. Interestingly, Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place eight months later, meaning it's further in the MCU timeline. It gives Mr. Dell's obsession with “witchcraft” a whole new meaning, Glamour suggested.
Thor
If you're asking yourself "who is this amazing Darcy Lewis, and where can I see more of her snarky attitude?" It's time to stream Thor. Here, Lewis (Kat Dennings) is the assistant to Dr. Jane Foster, an astrophysicist who meet the titular Norse god of thunder. And while Chris Hemsworth's himbo energy is enjoyable, it's Dennings who brings the true laughs to the film. Her pronunciation of Mjolnir (Thor's hammer) alone, is worth the time spent watching the movie.
Darcy also appears in Thor: The Dark World, but it's one of the weaker MCU movies. Her comic relief isn't enough to save it from a low spot in anybody's power rankings. That said, Thor isn't even the best Thor movie, that's Thor: Ragnarok.
Avengers: Infinity War

Of course, you'll want to follow that up with the sad tale of how Vision died. Yes, as we all now know, the Vision that Wanda lived within Westview wasn't real, but instead, a figment created from her body. In Avengers: Infinity War, the first half of the big MCU Phase 3 finale, you'll re-watch (we all saw this one, right?) the sacrifices Wanda and Vision made for humanity. And, sadly, how they were for naught.
You may want to stick around and watch Avengers: Endgame again for yourself, but it's less important. Sure, you get a moment of mourning between Wanda and Hawkeye, but that scene is more about the latter than the former, Tomsguide noted.

This Is Us
This Is Us is an absolutely brilliant show that really does focus heavily on family life and the different relationships within it, which at its core, is exactly like WandaVision. While it doesn't feature any action scenes or superheroes, it is a gripping drama that has a lot of ups and downs, with plenty of twists to keep viewers interested.
One of the big reasons that fans of WandaVision would enjoy this show is simply because of how much comedy is mixed in. There are very serious and dramatic scenes, but they're well-balanced with some hilarious moments too.
The Dick Van Dyke Show

WandaVision is heavily inspired by a lot of shows from the past, and one of those is The Dick Van Dyke Show. This series, which obviously stars the incredible Dick Van Dyke in the lead role, is an excellent comedy that provides a lot of laughs.
Focusing on the life of Van Dyke both at home and at work, this series proved to be an incredible hit upon its release and is one that WandaVision fans would enjoy. While it doesn't have the tension and secrecy of WandaVision, it certainly has a very familiar tone.
Malcolm In The Middle
Malcolm In The Middle is a show that the entire family can enjoy, just like WandaVision. The show is all about family life, which is similar in tone to the Disney+ series once the twins are born, and the way the two shows are shot is also similar.
The fact that one of the WandaVision opening segments was shot in the same way that this series showcased just how similar the two are, which is why fans of the MCU series would enjoy this one, with the comedy throughout keeping everyone entertained.
Black Mirror

Because every episode of the anthology series Black Mirror is different, not every single one is going to be enjoyable for fans of WandaVision. However, a lot of it will be. The reason Black Mirror has thrived so well is because of its total mystery, with each episode keeping its audiences guessing until the very end, and sometimes even after that.
The reason WandaVision has been so popular is because of the suspense that it provides. There are twists and turns that people don't see coming, which is why they would enjoy Black Mirror. Plus, Black Mirror tends to really push the boundaries when it comes to technology and thinking about the future, which ties in well with the technology shown within this MCU show, Screenrant recommended.
Agent Carter
Peggy Carter is one of the most important characters in the MCU, even if she doesn't have that much screen time compared to others.
She played a huge role in the creation of Captain America in "Captain America: The First Avenger," and her importance to Cap and S.H.I.E.L.D. is felt throughout the whole MCU.
It's great to see her take center stage here like Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff does in "WandaVision."
The Brady Bunch
This is one of the most classic and famous sitcoms ever made, so it's no surprise that "WandaVision" used this as inspiration for one of their episodes.
Namely, the third episode of "WandaVision" plays heavily with "The Brady Bunch," including an opening theme song written by "Frozen" songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.
It's interesting to watch this show back and see how "WandaVision" was inspired by it, Insider cited.
