1. JiU (Dreamcatcher)
A member of the Dreamcatcher Company roster, Kim Min Ji performs under the mononym JiU. She was a member of MINX and the K-Pop girl group Dreamcatcher, where she held the positions of leader, lead dancer, lead vocalist, and visual.
She made her MINX debut on September 18, 2014, with the release of the single Why Did You Come to My Home?
With the release of "Nightmare" on January 13, 2017, she made her official group debut that same day.
This past October, JiU joined fellow members Siyeon, Yoohyeon, and Dami on the reality show MIXNINE as contestants. On December 10th, however, it was revealed that all four cast members were leaving the show.

South Korean pop star Karina is signed to SM Entertainment. She heads up the all-girl band aespa. Karina was a social media influencer when she was discovered and signed as a trainee by SM Entertainment in 2016.
When she released the digital single "Black Mamba" on November 17, 2020, she officially became the leader of aespa.
On January 3, 2022, she made her debut with Girls On Top's project group GOT the beat.
4. Tzuyu (TWICE)
Tzuyu is a JYP Entertainment artist from Taiwan. She became famous as the leader of the band TWICE.
Talent scouts at the MUSE Performing Arts Workshop in Tainan, Taiwan, discovered Tzuyu in 2012, starting her career as a K-pop singer. The potential and talent she showed inspired her to make the radical decision in November to move to South Korea to become a K-pop trainee. In 2015, her perseverance and dedication paid off when the South Korean reality show Sixteen invited her to appear on the show. Tzuyu was one of the few who made it through the rigorous selection process to become a core member of TWICE.
Tzuyu, the group's youngest member, wowed audiences everywhere when they released their debut EP, "The Story Begins," on October 20, 2015, and won over fans all over the world. Her contributions to the group are largely responsible for their ongoing success and widespread fame.

South Korean singer and songwriter Sunmi (), who goes by the mononym Sunmi, is signed to MakeUs Entertainment.
She made her debut with the South Korean girl group Wonder Girls in 2007, but she left the group in January 2010 to focus on her studies.
Having taken a three-year break from the music industry, Sunmi returned in August 2013 with her debut extended play Full Moon, from which the singles "24 Hours" and "Full Moon" reached the top two of South Korea's Gaon Digital Chart.
It was announced in 2015 that Sunmi would once again be promoting with the Wonder Girls until their breakup in 2017. She later switched to the label Makeus Entertainment after leaving JYP. Singles like "Gashina," "Heroine," and "Siren" from her 2018 EP Warning were huge hits.

Park Soo-young, aka Joy, is a famous South Korean singer and actress who was born on September 3, 1996 (Hangul: ). She is the primary vocalist and rapper for the South Korean girl group Red Velvet.
SM Entertainment announced on May 12, 2021, that Joy would be making her solo debut with a remade album at the end of the month.] On May 17 it was announced that on May 31 Joy would release her debut solo album, Hello.

7. Nayeon (TWICE)
On September 22, 1995, in Seoul, South Korea, Im Na-Yeon (Hangul: ) entered the world. She is the group's elder member, main singer, and public face.
On September 15, 2010, Nayeon secretly attended JYP Entertainment's 7th Open Audition and was accepted as a trainee. A member of the JYP girl group 6mix, which was supposed to debut in 2013, she was cast in the role instead. Several music videos of her label mates, including Jun. K's "No Love," Got7's "Girls Girls Girls," and miss A's "Only You," aired on television before Sixteen and her debut as a member of TWICE. The second episode of the 2012 Korean drama Dream High 2 on KBS2 also featured her in a brief cameo role.
On October 20, 2015, with the release of their debut EP The Story Begins, Nayeon made her debut as a member of TWICE.
On June 24, 2022, Nayeon made her solo debut with the release of the "IM NAYEON" mini album and the lead single "POP!"
8. Nancy (former MOMOLAND)
In the music industry, Nancy Jewel McDonie is represented by MLD Entertainment and goes by the stage name Nancy (). Nancy was born to an American father and a Korean mother in Daegu, South Korea, but she spent most of her childhood in Ohio. She became well-known as the leader of the girl group MOMOLAND.
In 2011, Nancy was a member of a hip-hop group called Cutie Pies, and they auditioned for Korea's Got Talent. The team advanced to the semifinals before losing. Soon after, she made her television debut in several shows while still in her teens, including Mak Irae Rae Show: Just Do It Expedition, on which she and South Korean actress Kim Yoo-jung and STAYC's Sieun traveled to several different countries.
She was a Nega Network trainee previously to joining MLD Entertainment. She won the reality survival show "Finding Momoland" and was therefore invited to join the crew. On November 10, 2016, she made her official debut alongside the rest of MOMOLAND with the release of their debut mini album Welcome to Momoland. MOMOLAND officially disbanded on February 14, 2023.
