Benjawan Som is one of the English teachers at a language school in Hua Hin, Thailand. She graduated from Chulalongkorn University - a reputable public university in this country. The female teacher used to work as a flight attendant for Etihad Airways.
According to her Instagram profile, Benjawan Som is a senior cabin crew member with Etihad Airways, the flag carrier of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
She is also part of 'Easy English', a language school in Hua Hin that provides tailored courses and one-on-one training.

Anh Phuong Ha was born in a remote area in the north of Vietnam where farming is the main occupation and poverty rates are high. She first became aware of teachers’ potential to make a difference through a Vietnamese film she saw in her youth, in which the teacher character visits homes located along dangerous mountain paths to persuade parents to allow their children to go to school rather than stay at home and work in the mountains. After getting her master’s degree in English, Anh Phuong Ha recognised that becoming a teacher of English was the best way to improve people’s lives, and decided to return to her home region to make it happen.
Today, Anh Phuong Ha is an ethnic minority English Language high school teacher, living and working in a mountainous area where many people cannot get a good education for both economic and geographical reasons. The institution she works at, Huong Can High School, is located in an area of Phu Tho province where more than 90 per cent of the students are ethnic minorities aged 15 to 18. In this remote, mountainous high school in the north of Vietnam, students have little chance to practice English with foreigners. In many cases this leads to low language competence, shyness, poor intercultural awareness, and lack of interest.
Anh Phuong Ha has helped her students meet this challenge through technology: employing the “ borderless classroom model”, she connects her students with other schools worldwide via Skype. Some of her innovations have significantly improved student outcomes and are clearly seen in their national exam results: last school year, all of her students who were previously low-achieving in English Language passed the final exam (100%). Well known as the “4.0 innovative teacher” in Vietnam, she has now taught students online from four continents (Africa, Europe, Asia, and America), and is an active member of an educational Microsoft community that gathers global teachers to design lessons and engage in weekly professional development.

Momiji is inspired by art education and its potential to encourage students to think differently. In her view, Japanese students are not encouraged to express their individuality enough, and for various reasons, educational authorities often reward homogeneity and the production of similar work. But in a world where globalisation is progressing all the time, this puts up a barrier to the next generation of Japanese being fully active and creative in a global context. Momiji wants to get rid of habitual ways of thinking and encourage students to see that their unique ideas are wonderful.
Momiji therefore sees her mission as expanding the creative possibilities of lessons in Japanese public elementary schools. Public elementary schools in Japan operate under many regulations, and certain types of teaching are dissuaded. However, Momiji has been very successful in creating approval for interesting classes that use technology and mix multiple subjects. Over the last few years, she has invited professional musicians to the school and taught art through their musical improvisations based on students' abstract paintings. Momiji also incorporates history into her art and technology teaching. For example, she taught her students about the cave wall paintings at Lascaux, reputed to be the world's oldest art. Then the students collected soil and tree bark themselves to make paint in the same way that ancient peoples had done – a process which left a profound impression on them.

Year four teacher, Sarah Lanser shares snippets of life in her classroom in the United States. Sarah Lanser, 26, uses Instagram as a resource to share classroom ideas with other teachers.
The year 4 teacher at Epping Public School says she generally spent the first two weeks of term decorating her room to create a "warm and safe" space for her class. "A lot of time and effort goes into it, and I change it up throughout the year," she said.

Sindey Carolina Bernal Villamarín ( Bogotá , 1986 ), is a Colombian teacher and educator.
Sindey studied technological design at the National Pedagogical University , has a master's degree and a doctorate in inclusive education from the Autonomous University of Baja California . In her doctoral thesis on inclusive education, she developed the project of a virtual classroom to promote the training of deaf university students. At Colegio Enrique Olaya Herrera he teaches deaf adolescents and with his knowledge of computer engineering, he developed an intelligent system that recognizes the voice and translates it into sign language.
Sindey now teaches hearing impaired teenagers and with her knowledge in computer engineering, developed an Intelligent System that recognizes the voice and translates it into sign language. Later, she developed a second Intelligent System that recognizes EEG - electroencephalogram - signals and translates them into verbal-written language.
As a teacher at her school she applied these projects to children with hearing loss and together with her students created three mobile apps. In her Doctorate thesis on Inclusive Education, she developed the project of a virtual classroom to enhance the training of deaf university students. She is currently studying augmented reality with pedagogical innovators.
| Sindey created a research hub for more than 400 students and has promoted approximately 100 projects including software, hardware, teaching materials and virtual classrooms to enhance the inclusion of people with disabilities. By taking advantage of technology, she has found new ways to enhance her student’s skills. She has also managed to increase by 80% the number of students who complete their secondary education and continue with higher education, and has had an impact on thousands of people around the world, from researchers and teachers to students and parents. Growing up, Natalya’s sister had a disability, and although they attended elementary school together her sister eventually had to go to a special residential school a hundred kilometers away from home. When Natalya visited the school, she met children with musculoskeletal problems, mental disorders and epilepsy, all isolated from other children. She did not understand why her sister could not study with others, but “inclusion” was not an idea in common currency at the time. As a result, Natalya formed the life goal of creating an inclusive type of education that accepts all children – where every child is important and valuable regardless of personal characteristics or abilities.
While training to be a teacher, Natalya’s first placement was at an elementary school teacher and head of a children's choreographic group. She realized that in teacher training, students were not taught much about children with disabilities. Continuing her studies, she met blind and visually impaired children. At the same time, she started working in a special school, teaching children with several serious disorders. Working as an individual teacher for 10 consecutive years, she was able to support families having children with complex developmental disorders and prove to the doctors that these children can develop if one believes in them. Unfortunately, Ukrainian society is not always ready to accept disability.
| More recently, Natalya has taken charge of educational programs at the Seeing With Heart NGO. The school enrols 35 teenagers with various severe developmental disorders. One innovation she has created for them is a virtual travel programme as part of which students study different languages, cultures, traditions and religions throughout the year. This knowledge has helped the students expand their horizons and understand the world better. Her aim now is to show the teenagers’ positive results and further expand this and similar schools in Ukraine. Natalya was nominated for the Ukraine Global Teacher Prize in 2017, and the First Lady of Ukraine has also become interested in her educational work on inclusion and tolerance. |

A lecturer has been dubbed 'Taiwan's hottest teacher' after photos taken of her during her classes went viral.
Cheng Jhia-wen became an internet celebrity after pictures of her teaching a class at the Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology in Taoyuan city were shared online.
The photos, taken by her students, show the lecturer in a black mini-dress, teaching a course on intellectual property rights.
Cheng is studying law at the Chinese Culture University and teaches an elective called knowledge-based economy and intellectual property, according to Apple Daily Taiwan.
