Date: Monday 28 November

Portugal face Uruguay on Monday night in a rematch of the 2018 World Cup knockout tie between the pair.
Pepe cancelled out Edinson Cavani's opener before El Matador completed his brace in Sochi's Fisht Stadium, sending Uruguay into an unsuccessful quarter-final against France.
In search of a second successive round of 16 tie - against different opposition this time - both sides went in goalless at the break of their opening fixtures. Portugal came out on top after five goals in a thrilling second half against Ghana, but Uruguay couldn't penetrate South Korea's rear-guard in a spiky stalemate.

Super Turtle and Parrot Raru believed Portugal will win
The turtle did not hesitate to choose Portugal in a few seconds while Parrot Ratu predicted specific results of the match. He gave four goals to Portugal and one goal to Uruguay: Portugal 4-1 Uruguay.
With neither side particularly free flowing, it’s hard to imagine the most exciting of games.
Still, Portugal have more dynamic options in attack, capable of moments of magic.
Can Portugal’s defense hold up against stronger opposition? Will Uruguay’s prolific strike force find the net in what’s bound to be a more open match?
Portugal, and Ronaldo in particular, had been unusually sloppy in front of goal and they were very nearly punished for their profligacy by a scrappy, determined Ghanian side. At 3-1 up, the contest looked dead and buried, only for Osman Bukari to pop up in the 89th minute with a goal.
The last few moments of the match were nervy for Portugal, who were lucky to get away with all three points when their young keeper’s mistake nearly landed Ghana an equalizer in the dying minutes.
Portugal will be happy with the win, but we do have concerns about the defense and how they will square up against a better attacking force.
Uruguay was frustrated by a dogged and disciplined South Korea. The South Americans were favorites going into this match but simply couldn’t break down Korea’s compact defensive system.

Romeo had a different prediction from the other two prophetic animals. He thinks Uruguay will win: Portugal 1-2 Uruguay.
Portugal find themselves in the midst of another golden generation at the moment and will need to make the most of the talent at their disposal. Cristiano Ronaldo dispatched his penalty against Ghana and will hope to restore his confidence ahead of a potentially gruelling schedule of matches in this tournament.
Uruguay have tormented European opponents in the past and are likely to employ yet another low block in this fixture. The South Americans are dangerous on the counter and could potentially keep Portugal at bay with a low-scoring draw on Monday. So Uruguay might make a surprise.

Uruguay: 1 Win

Portugal and Uruguay are on an even footing as far as the head-to-head record is concerned and have won one game apiece out of a total of three matches played between the two teams. The previous meeting between the two teams took place in the 2018 World Cup in Russia and ended in a 2-1 victory for Uruguay, resulting in Portugal's elimination from the competition.
